Blockner not spawning
So I've been playing for almost 100 hours now and Blocknes has never spawned so far. Am I doing something wrong? I did the tutorial armor thing.

I just had two runs in a row with him. Have you gone and done the tutorial secret thing again? Did you talk to the guy after?

I went back and tried to find the secret room but I was unable to and I can't find any info about where the room is.

Already looked at it. I did find a video that showed the location of the secret room in tutorial though and was able to find Blockner on the first try.
