about obsidian shell case
So after I destroyed the skull and picked it up, but then I failed some following runs, and once I tried to give it to blacksmith I somehow don't have it anymore. Do I have to success the exact following run after picking of the shell case? Need help!

When you die or use the gun that kills your past, you lose all of your items.
That's why you need to deliver the obsidian shell case to the blacksmith in the same run as you picked it up. Only when you bring it to the blacksmith, it carries over to following runs.
