Rare NPC?

I cant stop thinking about this NPC lol. So, I used to play on the pc a ton and am pretty familiar with the game. Recently I got it for the switch because it's the perfect platform for the game. I was in oubliette and there was a cell with a.... power ranger? I cant find anything about this character. He looked almost like the marine but was bigger and had a white suit with a red visor in his helmet? Sketchy details but I know for a fact it's nothing on the wiki or any npc list ive seen. Of course I died to the slime blob and couldnt get the key :(, I'll probably never see it again. Anyone know about this guy? I know the update included new npc but I cant find anything on this particular guy. Also I know I effed up by not screenshotting...

First ive heard of this. Closest thing I could find to the "marine but bigger" part of the description on the wiki is "monster manuel" (the tutorial ghost in an owl suit) but based on the rest of the description, I doubt thats it. If you happen to come across it again, dont forget to screenshot it

i mean, OP said theyve played the game a lot, and the ledge goblin is only the second npc (i think) so i kinda doubt that. you have a point tho

I encountered him and freed him but i've never seen him again since. Iirc he is somewhere in the gungeon.

Icr what he said but i do remember he gave off an evil vibe. Maybe he's a rare miniboss or a furure dlc/patch.

I am glad that I am not the only one! I swear it is nothing on the wiki. Hopefully someone can figure out his purpose but at least I'm not missing out on anything too awesome.. I think haha. Looking back on it without a screen shot is tough but definite power ranger/race car driver looking dude with white armor/suit and red visor on his helmet. Nothing in the wiki looks close enough to discern.

Here's a pic of the ledge goblin when she's in her cell. When she appears in the breach (or in the wiki) she doesn't have her helmet on.

Didn't think i had found anything special so i didn't bother to take one.

All i can tell you is that OP is pretty spot on with his description about appearance and all i can remember is that his dialouge had a very malicious undertone.

Nah i know the ledge goblin and the oubliette dude had full on white armor and a smaller visor.
Also much taller, almost as tall as Tonic iirc.

Guess we gotta wait until someone who knows more, finds this thread.

i think i can vaguely remember freeing this guy once, tho he said something like he'd be around the gungeon i think
