Dont roll. Their projectiles are VERY slow, so you shouldn't have any problems with dodging them.

if you are in the room with many little rooms never go inside because the lead
maiden will block you ad you will be dead

shoot them. Try to do it fast enough that they can't shoot you. If they try, move out of the way.
