Rat door doesn´t appear?

It happens to only me? that i buy the rat key, and when i want to go there, it isn´t ever there?
i just passed through the 1st,2nd and their respectives secret floors but now there is no rat door, i don´t get it(just finished floor 3 and still nothing)

Somewhere on floor 3, there will be a room with rats running around. After killing the enemies in that room, run around the whole room until you find a spot where your characters kicks up bigger clouds of dust than usual. Keep running in circles on that one spot until a trapdoor appears.

If you didn't find a room with rats running around, then you weren't paying attention and just didn't see the rats. In that unfortunate scenario, you'll have to run around every room on the floor until you hopefully find the spot.

and btw if you kill the boss on that floor before finding the rat door the rad door will despawn from the map so be careful
