Rat Punchout Help!

So i beat the Rat like 4-5 times yet. And everytime i get "killed"killed in the 3. phase of the fight. And because of that i can never get more than one rat key and never get more items and other things the snake to get the upgraded dragun . So are there any tips or tricks for the punchout?

As i saw in some videos, people never use the "dodge left/dodge right" button. They always duck or protect themself, but that it for defence. ...Sadly, i still fail too, cause i suck at this punchout thing. x_x

The first thing I'll say is that you only need ONE key. I found that you can actually throw any of your passive/active items (including junk and glass guon stones) right over the 2nd gate and the baby dragun will come to you after 4 of them (just make sure you don't chuck them into the wall or they'll land right next to the gate, too far from the dragun to eat). So if you do manage to get a 2nd key, save it for a Rat Chest.

My tip for the fight is to try as hard as you can to time the counter on his regular punches (if you hit him right when he glows yellow, you counter). If you counter him, you can do a super punch with space bar. If you deplete his life bar with a super move, you get a free rat key. If you're okay with getting just 1 key for baby dragun and 1 key for a Rat chest, just stick with that.

If you want to know how to master the 2nd and 3rd round, look up YouTube videos (some guy name ♥♥♥ Sparrow has a bunch of videos of him fighting Punchout Rat). I've only ever almost beaten round 3 a few times, so I don't want to give you my advice. Just watch how the Sparrow dodges and attacks in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. This is one of those things where you can just learn by watching. Just keep in mind that it's safer for you to dodge the big attacks rather than try to counter them; you should just stick to countering the regular punches because they're the least risky and easy to time.

To throw your active item, hold G with your cursor in the direction you want to throw. To throw things like junk or your other passive items, view your inventory with tab, click on what you want to throw, then click Drop in the top left corner of the screen; that'll throw it in the direction of the cursor. Really make sure the item won't clip into the wall or it'll land right past the gate, where you won't be able to grab it and the baby dragun won't eat it. Baby dragun does vacuum his surrounding when he eats though, so maybe an unfortunate throw will get sucked up after a good throw invokes his vacuuming.

Guns can't be thrown like that without a certain item as far as I know; if you're lucky, you can drop a crappy gun right by the gate and use one of your blanks to slide it past. If it lands far enough inside, throw one of your junk at baby dragun (as described in the first paragraph) and he might vacuum in the gun you threw too.

By any chance, do you know how to get the lead god achivement. I should gotten it by now but i don't have it..

You have to get all 5 master rounds, so you have to flawless all 5 bosses (so that does NOT include the Lich).

Yea i already did that i had all of them but i didnt get the achievement

Were they all in the same run? And you didn't sell or drop one somehow?

If so, I don't know why the achievement wouldn't activate; sorry.

I didn't drop or sell one of them, i had everyone in the bar under the minimap and the ammonomicon. I think this is a bug in the game. Adn thanks for all your help. I appreciate it <3
