What guns are your favourite to use?

I'm new to the game and I suck, but the Composite Gun's carried me to the Forge on this run (previous best was black powder mine boss). Saved for now, because I know i'll lose this great run when I play again, lol.

"Shotgun Full of Love" - It won me my first run against the Dragun yesterday as the Pilot. Shotguns in general I love in this game, because of how stressed you get when you need to get close up to something for maximum damage. It's a great feeling when all the 'pellets' get in there.
Then combine "Shotgun Full of Love" with the "Pink Guon Stone" and you have an amazing synergy which I was lucky to get early on throughout the run.

In terms of just stylish and fun, Lower Case r is amazing. It's terrible in terms of actually being USEFUL. But god it sounds so awesome and looks so funny. I also think Witch Pistol has a great color scheme.

I love Makeshift Cannon. It's a Star Trek reference, for one thing. And for another, it one-shots anything in the game except Rat, Dragun, and Lich. Duct Tape it to something with more ammo and you've got a winning run right there.

Casey is incredibly fun to use. So is the Boxing Glove, although it is significantly worse than Casey in terms of min/max.

I really dig Megahand too, for being a Mega Man reference. Helps that it's also one of the best room clearers in the game. Now that they added synergies that give you all the Mega Man 2 boss weapons as well, that's just icing on the cake.

Megahand is busted, Casey is godly, and Combined Rifle is just stupid. If you have Combined Rilfe and flak bullets, the game basically becomes a joke, lmao; you're just disintegrating enemies that you didn't even know were in the room.

Lower Case r can be good with certain synergies, like the one that makes the "bullets" explode. Does some good damage.

I dig the scrambler, chance to stun with the big shot then it breaks into several smaller homing bullets that do even more damage. Egg-selent for room clearing and boss fights.

ak-47+ regular shotgun synergy (INSANE fire rate)

Cactus + Starpew + Flak Bullet.
The synergy is not very good (Cactus + Starpew, it basically makes the cactus a shotgun with very high spread and excellent fire rate), but with the Flak Bullet, it's OP. It floods the entire room with projectiles, just wiggle it around, from left to right, and the enemies will be dead before you notice it.
But my favorite gun is definitely the Mahoguny, good damages, good fire rate, and AoE. Perfect.

I'm a sucker for the alien engine, just because the concept is so goofy. "Hello, bullet kin. Could you please look into this exhaust pipe for a few seconds? Great!" *fhwomp*
As for a fun/stupid combo: Particulator and easy reload bullets. No synergy but still hilarious when you can fire it constantly and clear out rooms with your eyes closed. Pretty decent boss killer as well.
