Red-Caped Bullet Kin

Recently I've been attempting to unlock the Bullet. I've beaten the Hunter's past, and have been performing a run or two in one day to see if I can encounter any red-capped bullets.

My issue is; I've only encountered a single caped bullet in the course of 4-5 runs! (Which I killed by accident... whoops.) I understand these enemies are supposed to be rare, but this is ridiculous. If I remember correctly, Vinny encountered 4 of them in 2 runs!

I've been thinking about quick-restarting every time I complete Floor 1. Sure, the chances to find one on Floor 1 is a lot lower than other floors, but the floor itself takes 8 minutes to clear at most. Plus, it's a lot less stressful than attempting to complete a full run.

Any suggestions? Would this ^ be a good idea? Thank you, and have a great day!

First of all, 1 to 2 runs a day is not enough if you are unlocking the gullet, I got all the caped kins after let’s say 10 to 15 hours, the 1st floor reset idea that you had isn’t good since the spawn rates for it goes 8 percent for the first 2 floors, around 13 3rd floor, don’t know about the hollow and 25 percent for bullet hell and forge, the best way to get the bullet is through perseverance and keep playing the game and getting successful runs for maximum chance of getting the bullet.

Like50Ninjas said everything. Focus on completing other challenges and play the game from start to finish. You will eventually find them all. You can even take shortcut to floor 5 for the quickest time to unlock the bullet.
