Blasphemy Unlock?
Hi! As of late, I've been attempting to unlock the Bullet character. To my understanding, when unlocked, the Bullet starts with Blasphemy and Live Ammo.

Although, the Wiki says that Blasphemy is unlocked when the High Dragun is defeated with the Bullet

Does this mean the Bullet only starts with Live Ammo before beating the Dragun?

Bullet is the only one who has access to Blasphemy by default. It unlocks for all characters after defeating High Dragun as Bullet, similar to how Disarming Personality unlocks after completing Pilot's past.

It's pretty fun to use, once you get the hang of it. Very useful too against bosses that spam a bunch of bullets. Don't be afraid to use it to clear bullets, even if you're missing hearts. It can be very useful.

There is a reason that Bullet is pretty unanimously believed to be the best character in the game...
