Of course they do. The Siren is a fairly decent shotgun with some nice bonuses to it like immunity to goop and fall damage when holding it.

Yes it can, but it takes a little longer... 3-5 seconds should be enough to reveal it.

All water guns do damage even its a tiny bit including the mega douser and the plunger. Mega douser can reveal secret rooms but the cracks are based off of damage so you'd have to shoot it for more than half a second

I knew about the goop, but not the fall/acid/melting and falling into spikes immunity :D
