Is there any helpful info on finding High Dragunfire?
Or is this literally a random room that can spawn on any random floor? I remember finding a map on floor 1 once that showed a pretty big secret room with a shrine icon on it next to the entrance, but I checked every possible connecting room and found no entrance. Is this only a floor one thing?

Beside pure luck, nah, nothing else. Seem like it could have been linked to 5 rooms. Also, it is inside a chest, so it would have been a chest icon, most likely. This may seem strange but it's just a regular shrine secret room.

Could it have been the Oubliette entrence? I mean that’s the only “seceret” room i can think off that wouldn’t have any visable connecting rooms. If not then idk.

No, it was HUGE. I figured it was one of those shrine rooms where you can battle a bunch of dudes for a chest. I have a screen cap of it

The highfire dragun spawn only inside secret room, and is quite rare.

Sorry to revive a dead post, but it's not random chance! The room is only able to be found in Gungeon Proper, and it's only in secret rooms that are entered from the right or left. Proof here:
