How to find Tonic the Sledge-Dog?
So I've been playing this game for a while now, haven't beaten the High Dragun but have the Robot, and I have no clue where to find Tonic. Do you have to beat the High Dragun to unlock him, or just keep playing and eventually he'll show up? Please help

Just keep playing. He'll show up at... Some, point.

have to unlock him like all the other npcs. i got them back to back after beating dragun, so its just a matter of time before he shows up in a locked cell.
