The last two times I found the Dice Shrine (as the Pilot) before finding any guns, and got "Reloaded" as the positive effect.

Thinking on it now I once got "Cursed + Cleansed" and was just "welp"

one of "negative" effects might be Priceless, which actually does nothing at all. So all that rolls are not random trade, but rather totally random effect, which is usually more positive (althrough spending most money and selecting your starting weapon before using this shrine is recommended)
