Can someone tell me please (if you know): Will it be lanunched Enter the Gungeon for android?

Only consoles and PC for now. But I don't think they will release it.
If you want, you can play it using the Steam Link app! Obliviously if your Smartphone supports it.

I don't think this game would even run well on modern phones, let alone play well. Tiny screen, crappy movement controls and how would you dodge roll and shoot properly? I shudder to think of what it will be like on a phone.

Yes, and its highly recommended you use a controler.
