I unlocked drill

so this is my first hour palying thee game and i made the shopkeep angry and somehow got the drill that was 9999? what happened?

Design happened. That's the "standard" way to unlock the payday items.

Once you pick up that specific item it will spawn normally in later runs.

he left the drill behind which means you can now pick it up for free (its guaranteed to happen). you might aswell do so as the shopkeeper won't give you anything else in future shops. making him angry will leave the shop empty in the comming floors until you start a new run.
