Broken tv

Its impossible to get it to the forge, the fact that you drop it when you roll is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I was so close until the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ room with the lava and hammer at the same time. Does anyone know a way to just unlock the damn robot without doing this?

I did it. And i usually recommend throwing your tv in corner or a wall of the room. to make sure you don't accidently dodge roll and make it fall to the pit. but don't also throw it in the south side of walls. Since the walls overlaps the televisions. Making in invisible with the character's vision being 270 degrees

I understand the pain. xD I had a hard time, too... getting that heavy piece of garbage down there.

But to give you hope - it is possible!

Take your time for each room. Just repeat to yourself - beware of that heavy ass tv I am carrying.

robot is challenge character anyway. as in it's harder to win with it than other characters. So if you think getting robot is hard, chances are you don't need robot yet anyway.

Of course i know that, i tried to throw it across the lava and it fell down right at the edge!

That sounds unfortunate. I was almost trying to throw into pits sometimes, and didn't fall in.

Mod the Gungeon. You can get to the Forge and spawn the Broken TV using the console, and just give it to the Blacksmith.

turns out you cant spawn it sadly, ive tried and im pretty sure every iteration of "give broken_television 1" has been burnt through ((though ive heard it actually has a misspell, so its id is "broken eelevision" or something like that, but I havent tried yet))

this is how you should do it :
1 .when enter the room throw it on the corner so you will not drop it while in combat( press use item key to throw).
2. remember to pick it up because the rat will steal it .
3. DO NOT DODGE ROLL INTO THE ELEVATOR ROOM.
4. the hardest part is trap room and the forge plan your move carefully.
5. use the fricking Mod The Gungeon and cheat to unlock the robot.
