Ducted taped helix blaster & any machine gun with elctric bullets

scattershot and/or other bullet count increasers + scrambler/other homing weapons
the damage down is negligible if your shots are homing, plus it's more fun to fire more death

crown of guns + remote bullets is better imo

I had that combo once, plus bouncing bullets. All I had to do to clear a room was stand somewhere for a few seconds holding down the fire button.

Sixth Chamber + Silver bullets + Spice + ring of chest friendship never had that run but I imagine it to be amazing.

Also, Com4ndo with an item that shoots projectiles in all direction when use active + any fast recharging active, it's a blast.

6th chamber+buying out Cursula's stock on a 9-curse run (requires you to find some other way on the same level to raise your curse, because if lord of the jammed shows up while in the room with her the other items vanish).

Eye of the Beholster+Easy reload bullets (+red scarf on one of my recent runs, meaning dodge rolls were faster and almost risk-free)

Elder Blank+Full metal jacket (already mentioned but worth mentioning again)

Any ammolets+any familiar that uses blanks (why do all of the bullet merchant's items combo with each other?)
