is there a cap to the number of heart containers you can get?

This is what I'd think is the max amount of heart containers:

• 3 initial heart containers;
  
• 5 from all Master Rounds (1 from each);
  
• 1 from Orange;
  
• 1 from Magic Sweet;
  
• 2 from Ring of Miserly Protection;
  
• 1 from Pink Guon Stone;
  
• 1 from Monster Blood;
  
• 6 in total from the basic Health Ups (Heart Lunchbox, Heart Purse, Heart Holster, Heart Locket, Heart Bottle, Heart of Ice);
  
• 1 from Gun Soul;
  
• 1 from Riddle of Lead;
  
• 2 from Yellow Chamber;
  
• 2 from using Spice twice (1 from each use).

This means that, theoretically speaking, you should be able to have up to 26 heart containers; if Clone allows for multiple pickups of these items, it'd be bumped up to 49.
I don't know if this is actually possible to obtain this many containers (I don't have MtG installed so I'm unable to test it out).
