Curse of Chance Bullets.
A few days ago, I was wondering why Chance Bullets hasn't showed up. Indeed, it was only after I reached 385 hours of gameplay when Chance Bullets finally spawned. Luckily, I had some great guns, and I switched to the Machine Pistol, relying on the bullets replaced by the item to beat the Forge and (partially) Bullet Hell.
Still though, the subtitle for Chance Bullets reads: "Good RNG", but RNG prevented me from obtaining for 385 hours, so what's the deal?

I'm not sure if you own ETG on another platform, but just so you know you need to kill the dragun during a blessed run to unlock gunther.

IMO its easyer to kill it in a blessed mode then a normal run
