One thing that might help people advise: which of his moves give you the most trouble?
Part of the strategy of the fight is choosing you moments to cross past him so you don't get pinned too close when he uses that attack or the 360 scatter-burst attack*, since it's easier to get distance on the left and right.
*(Leaving aside those players who are clearly demonic residents of Bullet Hell already. Usual rules do not apply to them, lol.)
