Is there an easy way to get the mailbox gun for the glitter achievement?

So the mailbox gun is one of the very first guns you unlock and I used it once or twice, then passed on it forever. Here I am like 25 hours later with a ton of stuff unlocked, 5 pasts defeated, nearly every shop item unlocked as well as a ton of other achievements, and I'm realizing I made a fatal mistake in not using the stupid mailbox on a boss at least one time. I didn't know until a few days ago that you needed the mailbox to get the glitter achievement and I haven't seen it since probably my first 3 hours of the game. Is there any run that is more likely to drop it or any advice to get it? (does it spawn in the shop on the first floor only and I should just reset, etc.)

Yes. Floor 2 offers a selection of three D-tier guns, which Mailbox is. You have to clear the floor to change which guns are offered though.

Another possibility is Blessed runs, it'll give you Mailbox during a boss fight at some point.

for shortcuts, be wary that guns selection will not change unless the player completes a floor after taking an elevator. Which means if you don't get mailbox you will haev to best floor 2 boss with whatever gun you get

That's rather impressive considering a lot complain about difficulty. I take it you are an achievement hunter?
Try and do everything normal, but if you get stuck there is rainbow run which I find has trivialiazed everything since it rather recently was released.

the game got easier, duh, geez you really have to spell it out for some people i guess.

25 hours if you started playing at release would mean a lot more than it does now for time to do everything.

I never played 1.0 so no need to be rude, your comment about spelling out makes no sense at all. For all I know the AD & G or any update since launch could have added more challenging content. I still hear complaints about difficulty, but find that the last update made the game a lot easier in many ways.
