any advice on Winchester's game farming?!
I mean seriously, is there a way to find this guy constantly or is just another achievement locked behind BS RNG!?

Plenty of ways to cheese it. Any flying item like Wings, Cat Throne, Ethereal Ring, etc can be used to float around his range. Some of the challenges aren't too bad some are kinda ridiculous though.

If you see a demon face door get some curse or pay 100 if you got a lot of cash to go in, there will be a bunch of traders and a winchester... if you're lucky one of the traders will have a flying item.

I think the eaten cheese active item can let you cheat it. Should appear in rainbow chests if you've unlocked it,
