What are the odds of the Rainbow and Glitch chest?

Okay what is up with this game. I've logged 135 Hours into the game, unlocked literally everything that I could, played thousands of games (Bullet being my favorite Gungeoneer). I have gotten so experienced that BulletHell is now easy to me to sprint through with absolutely no problems. I can even guarantee hitting a true full run (11 Floors) almost every single run. Yet, after all this, after going through ALL this, I have never not once seen: A Rainbow Chest, A Glitched Chest, or The Witches. Are the odds of running into any of these absolute Zero?

I have 700+ hours logged on the game and have only seen 3 rainbow chests (not counting rainbow mode), 6 or 7 glitch chests, and 4 witches. They are all very rare. I’ve also only seen the old man twice, and Monster Manuel thrice. Seen around 12 black markets though, don’t actually remember the exact number.

I've lost count on the Black Markets, that one seems common to me. I've never run into Monster Manuel and I've seen the Old Man only once (I forgot he was a thing actually).

i got my first rainbow chest on my most recent run, and i currently have 70hrs. i wasted it tho, because it was disguised as a brown chest and i destroyed it

To be fair, there’s absolutely no unlocks or special features of any kind tied to any of these events though.

I'm aware that there's nothing to be unlocked from finding these. It's the experience that I'm talking about, especially for the Glitched chest which contains a completely unique boss battle. As for the rainbow chest, I would understand it's insane rarity level, but not for the Glitch Chest, since you have to work for that one.

At the same time, a large portion of the playerbase finds Glitch Beholsters to be unfairly difficult, so would you really want to be forced to ignore chests completely on a regular basis?

Also, to be clear, I actually enjoy the Glitch Beholsters fight and take it every time it presents itself. I'm just aware of the fact that a significant number of people do not enjoy it.

Now I'm not saying to make them as common as a green chest. I mean just make them common enough that you can at least experience it every once in a while. Not once per lifetime. Something like slightly rarer than a black chest.
But seriously less than 0%?
I feel like that's abysmally low, maybe 1%~2% sounds more reasonable a 1/100 chance rather than a 1/1000, for something that is effectively "A Challenge". Or at least have some kind of modifier that can increase the odds of running into one. They did it for the Rainbow Chest, why not for the Glitch Chest?

I got lucky i guess, i had less than 15 runs in and i found a glitched chess, and a rainbow one in less than 100 runs (actually was the 1st time i beated the dragun), on the first floor lol.
They are pretty rare though, and i knew i was just being lucky (or unlucky, if i think about glitched chest). And i found them really early on, but only once each.

Never seen the witches, nor i know any of the other events you guys are talking about
