Amulet of the Pit Lord x Springheel Boots

I recently got a synergy that is between the Amulet and the Boots, but i cannot seem to figure out what it is. I already looked at the wiki and maybe missed it, but any help is appreciated.

Did you also have Flare Gun? Both Springheel Boots and Amulet of the Pit Lord give Flare Gun the Firing with Flair synergy, and so both will get the blue arrows over them if you highlight either one because they are synergizing the same item.
