I found a lone tomb in a random room with a shogun kin on it with a cross hair on its forehead

on the tomb

what can i do with it?

I'm not sure what you're talking about - it sounds like it might be a shrine? The closest one seems to be the Peace Shrine, in which case you can sacrifice a gun to heal one heart.

sadly didnt think of it at the time but if you enter the room that holds the secret to the abbey of the true gun theres several stone tombs and its like those but a shotgun kin with a cross hair on the forhead part

Pretty sure I've seen that room a bunch before. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it had enemies in it and is just a regular room, they just reused that tomb prop.
