How long does it take to beat the first chamber?
I'm 3 hours in and I still haven't beat it.

Aye, you can do co-op and I really need some help

I have gotten to floor three before, and trust me, it is really hard

So, if you are willing, I am up to the challenge

If you're asking op to play co-op with you co-op is local only, meaning you have to be in the same room.

Tips ahead:
1) SLOW DOWN. It's not a speedrun, it's not a race. Haste will get you wasted, so slow down and watch the patterns that enemies use. Every enemy uses the same pattern, every time you encounter them. That is, a shotgunkin will always have the 5-shot burst if red, a two-volley of the 5-shot burst if blue, etc.
2) Be careful where you dodge-roll. If you dodge out of the way of one volley only to land in front of another, you're still taking a bullet to the face. Most volleys can be dodged simply by walking around them.
3) For bosses, USE YOUR BLANKS. You get more blanks every floor, so there's no penalty for using them on the last fight of the floor, and they can save your Master Round run (don't take a hit in the boss fight).

I'm a little confused here, is a chamber finished once you beat the boss? Or do those take you to new floors? Because I have little over an hour into this game and have finished the first chamber twice now according to the achievement?
When you beat the boss, you are free to move on to the next chamber (through the elevator that the boss guarded), but there's nothing stopping you from going back for a heart-piece you left behind or spending your casings at the merchant.

And each chamber has a limited amount of rooms in it correct?

Correct. Every chamber has a number of rooms that spawn, and a few secret rooms here and there. The layout is totally random though.

It's cringeful to see how long it takes for people to beat literally the first chamber

How to git gud
1. Dodge
2. Get hit less
3. GET HIT LESS
4. Try to get master rounds (do bosses without getting hit)
5. Don't waste keys on brown chests
6. Memorize enemy attacks
7. Save credits to buy good unlocks
8. GET HIT LESS

I know, I hate the snake more than I do the final boss.
