Does anyone have a clue what this is?

I was fighting Wallmonger, and then killed them, then in the place of a boss reward spot was a weird blue flame that I couldn't interact with, shooting it, rolling into it etc does nothing. It's probably just a bug, but I was very confused as I have never seen this before.

either that or its an glitched sprite, but that would not explain how everything did not spawn, if AN sprite was glitched it would not affect the other items

[Hand's Hermit Permit]

It's one of the wishes from the magic lamp you have. You know, they collect on the enemies up to 3, then whallop. I've seen that above the wallmonger corpse before, but never without anything spawning. Bad luck.
