Does anyone know why the name of the green or red box who eats two guns and gives one is replaced with hearts?

TBF most people don't know it, nor is it something they should. The only reason half of us here know is because it's censored, which is kinda couterproductive. :/

Personally i think steam should censore only the whole term instead of just the part of it, that would make a lot more sense.
