As Dead Cells is still in Early Access and Enter the Gungeon is finished, i would recommend Enter the Gungeon.

And yeah, i also agree, EtG is tougher then Isaac.

never played Dead Cells, but from what I've seen they aren't exactly the same kind of game. Both are roguelikes, but there are going to be differences between a top down roguelike and a sidescroller roguelike. Plus there's the dark souls-esque vibe Dead Cells gives me.
