the only not so true is infinate elder blank. its not infinite any more but its still darn near close.
it takes a specefic synergy to make cigs good. i just take them with me and whenever a health item drops and Im full up I smoke one and then pick up the health. if you get lucky you will end up with a BS endgame. if you arnt lucky then you have a slighty better active item then you would have otherwise had, provided you get one. cigs are ALWAYS good unless you die to them or you cant keep yourself healthy enough to support using them. in that case drop them and dont look back.
The time before that, I had the Singularity, which recharged as soon as it had dissipated.
You do need some good skills to not take more damage and heart pickup luck, but the cigarettes are amazing.
Perfectly broken on Pilot though.
Or, you could end up with the absolutely nuts Big Boy + Cigarettes combo, in which case it does enough damage to recharge itself.
