Questiona bout coolness
So I heard that you passively get coolness with every room cleared where you do not get hit. In addition certain items raise coolness like shades gun, 6th chamber, etc. I imagine that the coolness you get via items do not 'reset' after taking a hit, but rather they add to whatever coolness you otherwise would have hit or not correct? That said how significant is say. 5 coolness? Cuz every time I get some 'cool' items I really don't notice any increase in loot.

Also, it seems that whenever I unlock a new gun, it is probably going to show up in my next run. But whenever I unlock an item that is NOT a gun, I may never see it... still waiting on my 7 leaf clover, and my clone, and my stopwatch thing qq. Does the increased chance of an item dropping once after unlocking it only apply to guns? seems to be the case for me.

Coolness does not increase per flawless room.

The way item drops works is that everytime you clear a room the chance of an item drop increases. I think it starts at 8% and caps out at 80% and increases either 8% or 10% per room (don't remember). Coolness increases the starting chance (i think), but not how much it increases per cleared room.

I think it resets after you get a drop, not to 0% chance but to your base coolness, i.e if you have ballot you get 3 coolness so your base chance would be 24%, so if you get hit and still get a drop you didn't lose much.
For the passive unlock it's pure rng, i found clone on my 3rd run and a again later on, haven't found seven leaf clover yet, maybe it's decided when you start where it'll drop and if you die before said place you just lost your unlock bonus :/
