Suggestion: Penis gun
"pull down your zipper and let fly"

LMB: Take a piss firing aa constant stream of wee at enemies that has a chance to poison, leaves behind puddles and does low - mid damage

Hold LMB: Charge shot, wank and fire a powerful stream of semen at your enemies dealing high damage. Consumes 10 ammo.

Total ammo = 600

I was thinking about that, for female charecters how about

Piss directly underneath you which damages any enemies that come near and then you could start squirting foir charge shot?
