SPOILER!!! "Jammed" Lich

Hello!

So i just manage to defeat the lich for the first time. But before that, i watched the video, what lich doing, and how to fight him. At that moment, i knew, he have 3 stages.
But when ive manage to survive to third stage, something was off. The lich body was red, like if he was jammed, instead of yellow-red'ish.
All of his projectile were red, like the jammed enemy would shot (Wich is also deal 2 times more damage, or take full heart)
Suprisingly, ive manage to defeat him just being hit 2 times.
Before the fight, ive had some curse points (Somewhere around 5-6 points)

So question, Is this normal? Is it I just got lucky, and had to fight jammed version of that boss?
Can the curse make bosses "Jammed"?

Yes the bosses can be jammed, there is an achievement for beating a jammed boss, I didn't knew that the lich could be jammed in one of the three phases, awesome!

It can, but I always thought it wouldn't jam the lich... I would die really fast on that.

Im pretty sure its not like that by default, but beating the a JAMMED lich? Hot damn good job man.

Curse increases the chance of bosses being jammed. All 3 of the Lich's phases are seperate bosses, actually. So you COULD have gotten a Jammed first and/or second phase too.

Silver bullets on jammed bosses actually make them much easier. I 1-shot jammed lich final form using compressed air tank and a bunch of bullet upgrade items including silver bullets, stout bullets, and shadow bullets.

Sounds like a powerful run. Silver bullets with high curse is just a really good combo. I feel like it makes the jammed enemies weaker than the normal ones (except for when they deal damage to you, of course. Not when you have armor, though.)
