Populate the breach didn't unlock.
I have all of the NPC's that can move to the breach, yet the achievement did not unlock. I checked the list of them on the wiki.

Hey, can you just give us a list of the NPCs that you currently have in the Breach? Maybe there is someone missing after all... that, or something got bugged. But since I have the achievement myself, I don't think that there's a problem with it...

Turns out, damned Link was needed too, and the wiki says nothing about that.

Huh, so that's what it was. It took me some time to get him to the Breach, since his spawn rate for any chamber doesn't seem that high in my experience. In any case, good luck recruiting him!

I only found about it when i completed his map for the forge....
