Run Mode and Beast Mode
I found this two modes in the option. If i active them what change?

Speedrun Mode: Mode for Speedruns, you have time in corner and that's it, if you want to do Speedrun then check this option

Beastmode does nothing, as far as I know.

Beastmode affects nothing, but unlocks a gun if you win a run with it active.

Beast Mode is just a joke, it's a parody of other games beast modes. That said, killing the Dragun with the option switched on unlocks the Bait Launcher, which is a really nice gun.

You have the achievement, buddy.
That's weird, I don't remember seeing the notification that the Bait Launcher unlocked.
