REMOVE Heart of Ice from S tier chests.

This is the biggest kick in the balls that can happen to you in this game. Please fix.

You get magnificence from red chests too.. so heart container, lilquid heart, heart lunchbox from reds is equally bad... in fact I say they're worse because 1 coolness is actually something worthwhile at least. It would be worse if black gave more magnificence than red but it doesn't so you already 'wasted' that.

Honestly, I'd say remove magnificence entirely. I don't feel I see black or red chests often enough for it to be needed. I feel the same way about special items in the BoI, yes they're OP but there are tons of other items in the pool so you're highly unlikely to get them as is.

I second removing heart of ice. It's such a ♥♥♥♥ you drop compared to everything else you could get. It also seems to have a huge chance to drop from it as well. I get it most of the time I open a red or black chest.

The item description doesn't mention it, but it also gives you +1 heart container and increases coolness by 1. I wouldn't call anything that gives you more health a bad thing in this game.

It's a game of relatives. Like yeah I could have plus 1 health and coolness. Or I could have actually anything else that is S rank. Litterally anything else from the chest is better than heart of ice. Hell, if health and coolness is what I'm after, give me the orange at least. Waaaay better item.

The funny thing is I could actually see Orange being S tier because of the fact its a full heal, or at least A tier. Heart of Ice and fellow basic heart up items do not deserve to be in any tier higher than B. Getting them in A and S tier chests is positively insulting when the alternatives in those tiers are so much better.

Haven't seen Owl be all that effective either... as well as Shock Rounds... I had the Eye of the Beholster with it, placed one minion on one side of the boss (who was the Lich), another minion on the other and... the thunder did almost nothing? Not worth it, wouldn't go for it even if it was B tier.

Broccoli was awful even for an A tier IMO (might have changed post Supply Drop), give me +1 Bullet any day. That also applies for Green Guon Stone. These items try to give you more survivability but relying on a lucky chance of negating hits is... not really a way to go with that.

As for weapons, never saw the Dark Marker or Yari Launcher all that great for a S rank. I always expect a weapon of that caliber to be able to wipe out bosses before emptying their own clip. (Like RC Rocket does)

Also Gungeon Blueprint is good but really should be downgraded because it really isn't likely you're gonna get it on the first floors with both black chests being so rare + the item pools, which would actually make it excellent. Not to mention it's just a map, it's not as useful as an actual floor wiping gun or an item which helps in battle.

Yari Launcher at this point can demolish any boss in the game, and dark marker can instantly clear nearly any room. They definitely deserve their status. Shock Rounds, Owl, etc don't, but at least they aren't the heart of ice, which can be found in multiple tiers below S rank.

Hm, really? I don't really recall them being any useful, then again I only got them once and never again... (Likely because of the upgraded drop rate on stuff you haven't gotten before)

Yari was buffed so its max ammo was drastically increased, it can utterly annihilate bosses and bypasses the dps cap. If you charged the shot of the dark marker it creates an explosion dealing 80 damage room wide and blanks. They're absolutely worth their placement.

I only used Yari before Supply Drop so I wasn't that much happy when I couldn't finish a boss with it. And as for the other weapon... yeah, that might be strong but I think when I tried out the charge shot and figured it lost its whole clip (also I didn't see any blank effect going on when I used it) I just felt it was not worth the cost. Still I'd try them out again if I could find them.
