Problem about the Crescent Crossbow

First, this gun is awesome:it looks good and do decent damage. However there's one problem that always bothers me when using this gun: the horrible visual noise. The scattering stars are OK since they're yellow and is distinguishable from red enemy bullets; but when the stars hits the wall, it will emit a pink-redish particle and mess up my situational awareness. I don't know if anybody else had the same problem or if Dev can see this at all, but I really hope they can change the particle color to something other than red or pink...
