the Auto-Blank passive item on Bosses

I'm not sure how the item is called but it's that blue passive item which has the effect of automatically using a blank when you get hit instead of reducing your HP. My question is, if you have this item and get hit on a boss but you only lose a blank, will you still get the bonus heart container from the boss? (the one you get for flawless boss fights)

Yes, you will get a master round (bonus heart container).

The blank passive name Full Metal Jacket uses a black right BEFORE you get hit so you technically never get touched

I didn't expect FMJ to use the elder blank. It does, so that combo is basically immortality.
