other league licenses

Does OOTP 26 include licenses for other leagues such as NPB? or is it still just MLB and KBO?

There's also the indie leagues like the ALPB, but nothing new from last year in that regard.

They do not include the Japanese license. If you want that, you'll have to convince Konami to give up their exclusive. Not the game's fault.

so disappointed. able to have access to the "world" was one of the reason i kept coming back to ootp... till they took it away.
i guess no ootp this year again.

Yeah, I remember they had most of the leagues ala Football Manager. I use to start off in South America and the goal was to work my way to the MLB but then I would get stuck in Japan. Good times.

No NPB, no buy. After they patched it out of 22, I'm still miffed they won't work something out when they charge a full retail price for the game and have an entire MTX mode. Impossible to have a proper sim without it especially the last few years surge in top NPB talent coming over where before there were several top players who opted to stay in Japan despite the ability to come over.
