Is there an unlicensed football one of these games?

I'm looking for a football version of this game. I love football, and I can't expect the NFL to agree to this type of game. Ideally, I want a football game that would allow me the freedom to recreate an alternate history version of the evolution of the NFL with a sandbox-type universe.

I was wondering about this very question some time ago. I have several that I added to my wishlist which I will link below, but I do not actually own/have played any of these. Yep I came here to suggest Football Coach: College Dynasty. That is a very similar football match to OOTP - only problem is it isnt NFL - there are tons of Workshop items for it so maybe there is one somewhere. But as an overall franchise/dynasty management sim its one of the best out there. One thing I think it does better than OOTP is coaching the actual games. You can call every play and make adjustments. Like if your QB has high/low IQ it'll influence him reading coverage and recognizing a blitz, allowing you to potentially audible.
