wont let me open game

so when i get to the start screen it says facegen disabled then when i go to start a game it says uninstall reinstall i have done that 3x and it still says same thing. any suggestions

it wont let me play the game and there are no files for ootp 26 so idk if my wife deleted them but i cant relocate them either so if i uninstall the game it wont reinstall with the files back for the game?

Reinstalling doesn't affect saved games. The .lg files are in a separate folder. Install the game again, go to the Start Screen, go to Settings, go to the Troubleshooting tab and click the button to take you to your save folder to find where it is (or should be unless you did a custom install to somewhere unique).
