Update with Current Team Rosters

Is there some reason I haven't seen any update to the original version released. Normally, by now, there would be updates released with actual opening day rosters. I know I can get this by choosing to play the season starting on today's date, but I want to start a new season with current players. Am I missing something?

Ensure the game is auto-updating here in Steam. At the bottom of the start page, it should say "Build 50", what does yours say?

Mine says version 26.2 build 50. When I start a new season for the SF Giants, I still don't see the actual opening day roster. I have purchased this game for around 4 years and each time the game was always updated by opening day with the current rosters. Also, I did purchase the game on steam and I have never seen mention of any update.

If you are on Steam it is supposed to push the updates to you automatically. So I'm glad you didn't have it on manual download (some do). So, who is missing from the roster - and keep in mind, the AI may have them in different places in the system. If you want the precise roster of a given day, that's called a Live Start game and not the "Standard" game which is a Quickstart back when LA played overseas.
