It just sounds odd you're having issues with a wide screen resolution.
Well, out of the box it doesnt work. It squashes the picture down so it is thin and there are large black bars on the top and bottom. Apparently it doesnt support 21:9. Yours plays 5760x1080 without any fix? Very odd.
It is a known issue on the WSGF webiste. The fix that I listed here works great for me.
Not everything is perfect. The game itself and so far any actual story line cut scenes play fine (cut scenes play on my center screen only). The odd image stretching I've seen comes from the "extra" story tidbits you can pick up while walking around the office building, unlocking computers. That image appears to be a standard 16:9 aspect ratio image (meant to fit 1920x1080), but it gets overly stretched across my three screens.
I haven't played in a few days since the DLC for Grim Dawn came out. When I do get back to it, if any other odd issues arise I'll post about them, but so far so good on my end.
