If you think that then we haven't been playing the same game.
The Templars and the Assassins are two sides of the same coin.
One want's to control peoples thoughts, either directly or through manipulation, in the interest of global peace and prosperity.
The other want's humans to be free of all control but their own and through that gain peace and prosperity.
Neither side is right nor are they wrong. They both seek to influence human.
I was really excited to play more of a pirate adventure, but the quality just seems lacking overall so far.
Your comparisons were hilarious too. So true.
great, great title. can't watch to play more and watch Turn!
Actually the direction isn't changed in general as we see Assassin's Creed Syndicate still focus upon the assassin's side. The Assassin's Creed Rogue is a side-story which isn't the actual main direction of the whole Assassin's Creed.
i love it, it's got a lot of GREAT stuff...
I fail to see any new awesome features whilst noticed a lot of old features:
... nevertheless, the gameplay is alright with a fair storyline; however, I will not consider it "great".
I'm sure there's more, the game runs beautifully compared to Black Flag, and overall seems a lot more "polished and directed" in terms of actual gameplay.
It's a great title, a greater sequel to Black Flag, and it served very well up until Witcher 3 and will after.
This is a GOOD game, I am entertained, as are you. I have been frustrated and vented many times on A.C. forums because I hate Third Person games but over all this entire story is one of the best on going stories to me. I am sucked in every time. I was only a little shocked at how quickly the character changed sides of the same coin. Continue to enjoy the things you love and don't let anyone make you doubt for a moment.
