SKaREO, you just hate Ubisoft, so you can't believe they made good optimization, lol.
Anyways I decided to buy it form the Uplay/Ubisoft store, thanks for feedback
Given that, Rogue is really better optimized than Black Flag, but it's also true that its underlying tech is a bit lower than BF's PC version (the ocean's colour and behavior are a bit rawer, closer to the last-gen version of the game), so I would argue it would run at around 5-10fps more than AC4 PC.
I, for one, can run BF at around 45-50fps, max details on my GTX660 Ti, while Rogue runs steadily at 60fps, all maxed and vsync on to avoid some tearing while sailing.
It looks built like Black Flag but looks alot like AC 3 with its environment and some of the graphics too. It runs above 30 fps on my Nvidia gt 540m on medium settings, unlike Black flag (which gave me 20-30 fps on lowest settings)
