Harpooning?
I have the game on Uplay and I'm near the end of sequence 3. When can I start harpooning? I didn't notice any animal icons on the map when at sea and I have upgraded the harpoon and rowboat a couple of times already.

You should already be able to go, er, 'harpooning'.
