Edward and his Jackdaw vs Shay and his Morrigan

obviously one is a Brig and one is a Fregate, but Morrigan has way more advanced weaponry than Jackdaw, so who would win? Thoughts?

Personally I think they're matched pretty evenly, seeing how both (when maxxed) take out Galleons with a couple of broadside waves
