2. Select 21:9
3. Replace the exe with your original exe
4. Start the game

Apart this being just another thread revival, I'd highly doubt from dowloading stuff to fix upon your games that isn't upon sites that had at least a decent amount of reputabillity, such as ModDB, Nexus Mods and others similar to those.
