60 FPS ?!

I go into the game on top-end hardware with 4070 and turn off vertical synchronization, and the picture at 60 fps still does not give out anymore. What to do??

and still there is no more than 60 Hz what to do? I don't like to play at 60 Hz on a monitor at 240 Hz

This game is locked to 60 FPS, there's no way to increase it beyond that.

idk why youd want more then 60 frames, the average human eye can only see 60 frames. the game is also locked at 60 frames like the person said above me

There's a patched .exe on Nexus that unlocks fps and if you want a higher refreshrate you can change it in the rogue.ini in your documents folder.

yeah its locked to 60 fps, its hardcoded, you cant do anything about it and is it that bad ? its an old game, old game like these are fine at 60 fps
