DLC from Deluxe edition not apearing ingame or on my uplay

I bought delexue edition and the content is not apearing ingame. pls. help. I also cannot send support ticket for some reason.

Fort de Sable is also not apearing on my map, how do I enable my deluxe content?

Fort de Sable is available after you complete memory 2 in sequence 3 called "A Long Walk and a Short Drop"

I am already past that, I am at memory 4 now. still Fort de Sable is not apearing. Is there something else I have to do to enable the dlc? I already used the cd key to activate the game on my uplay. still dlc is not activated.

Check your Uplay account info, what dlcs has been activated. It should look like this: http://imgur.com/ibg56lM

it does not show my DLCs for this game, my other uplay games and their dlcs are showing though. I already seen the second link about FdS location. FdS is not apearing. IDK why my dlc didn't activate. I also have my DLC checked in my steam game library.

steam support won't let me send a ticket about my DLC for this game.

Try to check your CD Keys on the right of game in your steam library, maybe you missed one of it. I have 5 keys

they only gave me 1 cd key, I bought the digital deluxe edition.

all I have written on my dlc list is AC Rogue ASIA and it is checked. I did buy the deluxe edition. when I try to send a support ticket, steam keeps pointing me to forums

I bought this during a feb 2016 sale. only now have I really played it. and to my disappointment my dlcs that are included in deluxe edition is not activated.
